TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. All the information furnished in this application from is true to the best of my knowledge.
  2. I assure that will never disclose any official information to any outsider about Spick & Span Company.
  3. I will not engage myself in any wrong attempt against the Spick & Span Company. If any of my action is against the interest of Spick & Span Company, I agree for any appropriate legal action against me by the company.
  4. I will obey all instructions given by company official in my nature of duty and serve dutifully.
  5. I will obey all orders given by higher officials of the Spick & Span Company without any hesitation.
  6. In the working place, I will do my job without interference to top executives and their collogues.
  7. I will strictly follow the working time and be regular in my duties.
  8. I will not take leave without proper reason.
  9. If I need to take leave, I will inform Spick & Span officials well in advance and get their approval.
  10. In case of leave the leave amount, Spick & Span Company can deduct from my salary.
  11. I will wear the Spick & Span company uniform and ID card while on duty.
  12. In case of necessity of work of the company I agree for transfer to any other place as maybe instructed by Spick & Span official.
  13. The Spick & Span Company will not take responsibility for any damage / loss suffered during out of duty hours.
  14. will not demand for advances unnecessarily and too often. In the event of payment of advances, I agree, that the amount so paid can be deducted in total amount from the current month salary itself by Spick & Span Company.
  15. I agree that the Spick & Span Company can deduct Saturday & Sunday wages from my salary if I take leave either continuously or on Mondays without prior intimation by the Spick & Span Company.
  16. I agree that, if I want to resign my job I will inform to Spick & Span Company before one month and submit my resignation letter.
  17. I assure you that, I will not withdraw from the work in the middle of the month, but I will complete my work till the end of that month.
  18. I assure you, that upon my resignation if any amount is due by me to Spick & Span Company, the company can deduct the amount from my final salary.
  19. On my resignation from the job, I agree to surrender the uniform, Identity Card or any other materials belonging to Spick & Span Company. If I do not surrender the above items, the Spick & Span Company can take appropriate action against me.
  20. I will submit to Spick & Span Company the police verification certificate from my area police station mentioning that there is no criminal case against me on police record.
  21. While on duty I will not use either the Spick & Span company name or any other company document for my personal benefit from the Banks, or others and Spick & Span Company will not be responsible for such loan payment.
  22. I understand that I am purely a contract employee in Spick & Span Company and that I will not join any Union against Spick & Span Company and I will not also try for any permanent job in the palace where I am posted by Spick & Span Company.
  23. I agree that Spick & Span Company can dismiss me from the job for any act of misdeed or misbehaver / disobedience.
  24. I agree to receive my salary from Spick & Span Company between 1st and 10th of succeeding month.
  25. I accept that I will abide by the Spick & Span Company terms and conditions and for the salary including terms and conditions mentioned above by Spick & Span Company and I assure you that I will devote my services sincerely for the betterment of the Company.
